How things are made.
Mechanical Engineering at NTU, First Class Honours. At A*STAR, I used IoT sensors to measure supply chain life cycles. The paper was published in the Journal of Cleaner Production.
- 2021 – 2025 Consultant
Where value is won and lost.
Kearney, after an internship at McKinsey. Due diligence, mergers, growth plans and operating models across Asia and the Middle East. Co-author of a World Economic Forum report on digital supply chains in ASEAN. The lesson: most of the value sits in operations.
- 2025 – now Operator
Strategy that runs on the floor.
Program Manager, Global Deployment & Strategy at Hyundai Motor Group. I shape Dark Factory strategy and a value-focused tech stack, then walk the lines with plant teams to deliver value through digital transformation. One global team, four countries.
- 2026 – now Builder

How I work
Three rules I keep.
Start on the floor.
I walk the line before I write the slide. The real process is rarely the one on paper.
Put a number on it.
Every idea gets a P&L impact and an owner who signs it off. No number, no project.
Answer only from data.
When the data is not clear, I say so. My agents do the same.
